About bcdW Magazine

bcdW Magazine is not a typical digital publication.
We are a cross-border insight platform that transforms opportunities, ideas, and real-world execution from the U.S. and global markets into structured content that helps our partners and members create tangible business outcomes.Through content, we connect people, markets, concepts, and execution—growing alongside our partners as they expand into new opportunities.

Our Business Model

One of the most common questions we receive is:

“Is this an advertising platform?”

“Do you sell subscriptions to the magazine?”The answer is No.bcdW Magazine does not grow through advertising revenue or paid subscriptions.

Instead, we grow as our U.S. and global partners and our Korean growth-support organizations create more opportunities, collaborations, and successful projects.

We are a partnership-driven magazine—our value expands as:

Partners enter new markets and execute more projects
Members deliver stronger insights and strategies to their clients
Cross-border collaborations increase

Rather than monetizing content itself, we focus on creating opportunities through content—so the entire ecosystem grows together.

Our Role

bcdW Magazine operates as an insight hub that curates:

Emerging trends in the U.S. market

The "C" framework:
At bcdW Magazine, the “C” is not just a letter. It’s a lens—through which we reimagine how we live, remember, and build together.

Using "C-words" as a framing device provides both creative constraint and conceptual breadth: it offers thematic coherence and structural consistency while simultaneously permitting very diverse content across multiple domains. This intentional limitation paradoxically expands possibilities, allowing contributors to explore connections between seemingly unrelated topics that share this linguistic anchor. The alliterative quality of these C-themes also creates a memorable identity for the magazine that resonates with readers.

Here, we aim to distribute C-words to contributors, collaborators, and partners. This strategy of developing content, concepts, and cases around each assigned word is what we consider co-creation. The action-driving component of this process is called A-TO-A Connect, which consists of Stage, Table, and Community elements.
